OUR WORK
Our featured project this week was a complete remodel of a condo in Downtown Portland. The space was stripped to the studs and then reframed to create an open layout kitchen and living room with a view! Both bedrooms were redone as well as the bathrooms and laundry space.

We continually evolve and grow to create a process which makes your project as seamless and simple as possible.
- Get to Know You -
Our initial meeting is to get an idea of what you dream is. Then we talk budget numbers and give a general range we think you will be in. We also talk about general ideas and just get to know your style and goals.
- Estimate & Plan -
- During the Project -
If the general price range in our first meeting works for you, then we create an in depth estimate. Once approved we send a detailed contract. With the contract signed and down payment completed we send a daily job schedule, an in depth selection spreadsheet, and help you through the selection process. If it fits you we can recommend an interior designer.
You will receive a weekly update, and daily communication from the project manager. You will also receive a letter explaining what to expect throughout the process. We are here to keep you as involved and informed as you would like.

Our goal is to have a customer for life. After your project is done we warranty our work, and we love to come back for more projects; big and small. Our hope is to be able to support you throughout your homes life, and even if you move to a new one!
